New Operating system!
After several months of design & training, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Operating system, ES 2.0. this summer. Working with the Ucora Corporation, we’ve designed a new Operating system which lets us interact with our technicians and customers via a web-based platform. Now, all our information on jobs, sites, customers and equipment are at the fingertips of all our staff in real time. This has already seen our efficiency and ability to share information improve drastically and over the next few months, we’ll continue to implement new phases of this system to improve our ability to service our customers.
