Executive Air’s fleet of well stocked vehicles enables us to respond promptly to service calls. We strive for a typical one hour or less response time in emergency situations, with an average time of two hours in non-emergency situations. This provides our customers with the confidence that unexpected breakdowns will be dealt with quickly and effectively.

We ensure our technicians are provided with current equipment information and support to arrive, diagnose, and repair problems efficiently. Keeping well stocked vans, and up-to-date diagnostic tools, helps us to keep labour costs low, and most importantly, reduce downtime and inconvenience for tenants.
