After 9+ years with Executive Air and 47 years in the HVAC industry, Harvey Marshall retired on March 28th, 2025. The EA team, past employees and Harvey’s wife Helen and their family joined us in a celebration to mark this occasion. He’ll now be spending his free time at the family cabin and enjoying time with his grandkids.

We wish Shawn and his partner Natasha the best of luck as they move to the Interior to start the next chapter of their lives. Shawn has been with EA for 9 years and we appreciate his commitment and contributions over the years. We’re sad to see him go but wish him the best of luck going forward.

Congratulations to Ryan Rykers on celebrating 15 years with Executive Air. Ryan started with us as an apprentice and has worked his way up to a leadership role, having recently been promoted to Service Foreman.

Congratulations to Trevor Kuntz on celebrating 10 years with EA. Trev continues to excel in his role as Operations Manager and provides valuable input to EA’s Executive Committee. We look forward to celebrating many more years ahead.
Retired!
After 31 years with Executive Air and over 37 years in the HVAC industry, Ron Rykers retired on June 14th. We celebrated the occasion with a company dinner cruise, and Ron and his wife Jodi will now be looking forward to the many travel plans they have made and enjoying this new chapter. Ron was one of the original hires to the Exec Air team and his dedication and loyalty to the company were greatly appreciated.
