Recently Scott and Trevor participated in Emerson Technologies Third Annual HVAC Leadership Series in Whistler. The two day conference is designed to provide industry updates and insight into what is currently happening in the field, new regulations, and how we can better serve our customers.  The highlight was a Workshop led by Dane Jensen, CEO of “Performance Coaching”, designed to help professionals lead under pressure, staying focussed, maintain energy, and show up to work motivated every day.  Overall, the event was a great success.
